Shipping Policy

GodSpeed America currently works with multiple fulfillment partners to produce and ship our apparel and accessories. Some products may be fulfilled from facilities outside the United States while we transition more of our fulfillment to U.S.-based production and shipping.

Processing Times
Most orders require approximately 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary by product, availability, and fulfillment location.

Estimated Delivery Times
Because some products are currently fulfilled internationally, delivery times can vary. Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–20 business days after shipment, though delays may occasionally occur due to carrier conditions, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, those items may be produced or fulfilled at different locations and may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information as it becomes available.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after your shipment is created.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Promotional or free-shipping offers may apply to qualifying orders.

Shipping Delays
If we become aware that an order cannot ship within the timeframe originally communicated, we will contact you with updated information and, where applicable, provide the option to continue waiting or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking indicates a delivery problem, or your order arrives damaged, please contact GodSpeed America so we can review the issue and help determine the appropriate next step.
